Donstroy handed over almost 7,300 properties to "Symbol" owners
Since the start of key handoffs in the Symbol residential complex in April 2018, customers have accepted 4,306 apartments, 2,318 parking spaces, 553 storage units and 122 commercial spaces - a total of 7,299 properties from Donstroy.
In total, during the past year, the developer handed over 1,409 apartments, as well as 580 parking spaces, 158 storage units and 15 commercial spaces to owners in a large-scale business class project in Lefortovo. In August 2022 Donstroy completed handing over of apartments in buildings 10-14 for 800 apartments with total area of almost 45 thousand sq.m.
Today the company is finishing handing over the keys in Building 15 for 622 apartments of about 53.8 th sq. m. The handover started in mid-December 2022, nine months earlier than the date specified in the share participation agreements. Repair work is already underway in 220 apartments. At the same time, 94% of customers accept the apartments after the first inspection, which indicates the high quality of the construction of the object.
In total, during the construction of the project "Symbol", which began in November 2015, Donstroy commissioned more than 542 thousand sq. m of real estate - almost 36% of the planned volume of 1.5 million sq. m. Today in "Symbol" quarters "Dignity" (147.9 thousand square meters), "Freedom" (214.3 thousand square meters), five houses in the quarter "Courage" (135.3 thousand square meters) and the first building of the quarter "Sincerity" (over 23.6 thousand square meters) are completed - 4 533 apartments are located in them.
In parallel with the residential quarters, Donstroy is building social infrastructure facilities in "Symbol". A municipal kindergarten for 330 children with a floor space of 4,203 square meters is already in operation. The construction of a new building of "Bauman Engineering School No. 1580" school for 1,225 students has been completed.
Through all the blocks of "Symbol" the park "Green River" will stretch. Its length will be 2 km, its area - 10 hectares. The first section of the park was handed over by Donstroy to the city in 2021. Now the landscaping of the park is almost 30% completed. In general, the landscaping will take about 40% of the entire plot of development of the residential complex.
